By purchasing any product or subscription offered by Atramente, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accepted the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from proceeding with any purchase.
Article 01

Responsible Use of Products

Products offered by Atramente may include bots and automated tools. You agree to use all such products responsibly, with care, and in full compliance with the guidelines of any third-party platform involved, including but not limited to Telegram's Terms of Service.

Article 02

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you expressly acknowledge and accept that no refund requests will be entertained or processed under any circumstances.

Article 03

Intellectual Property & Resale Prohibition

You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing or otherwise making available any of Atramente's products to third parties, or from claiming developer credit or authorship over them in any form.

Article 04

Platform Restrictions & Third-Party Liability

Telegram and other third-party platforms may impose account limitations, bans or restrictions in response to actions that violate their respective terms of service, such as sending unsolicited messages or conducting excessive automated activity. While such occurrences are uncommon, Atramente assumes no liability whatsoever for any account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

Note: If a Telegram account is temporarily limited as a result of continuously adding members via the member-adder feature, you must wait for the restriction to be lifted automatically. No workaround will be provided or is possible during this period.
Article 05

Limitation of Liability

Atramente shall not be held responsible for any consequences, damages or losses arising from the use, misuse or improper configuration of its products. The user assumes full responsibility for how the products are employed.

Article 06

Service Availability

In the event of server downtime or technical disruptions, users are requested to allow a reasonable period of time for the service to be restored. Atramente will endeavour to resolve any issues as promptly as circumstances permit.

Article 07

Privacy & Confidentiality

All user transactions and associated personal data are handled with full confidentiality. Every user is entitled to complete privacy security in relation to their purchases. No personal or payment information is shared with unauthorised third parties.

Article 08

Customer Support

For any issues, questions or requests, you may contact Atramente directly via private message on Telegram. Responses will be provided as promptly as possible. Atramente reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for each case at its sole discretion.

Article 09

Termination of Service

Atramente reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any product at any time, without prior notice, should a user be found in violation of these Terms of Service or engaged in any conduct deemed harmful or inappropriate.

Article 10

Amendments to These Terms

Atramente reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of any product following the publication of revised terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated conditions.

Atramente explicitly declares that it does not support, promote, facilitate or engage in any illegal activity, either directly or indirectly. Any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations is entirely contrary to our principles and values.

Atramente does not condone, approve of or participate in any activities that may jeopardise the safety, legality or integrity of individuals, communities or institutions. Users found engaging in any such activity via our products will have their access immediately and permanently revoked.
